This Chicano rap is corrupting your youth. As it gains more and more acceptance in the commercial mainstream, it will demoralize Latinos into the next generation African-American.

| I listen to all types of music. Chicano rap can get better but they do not get the chance or the right beats to rap to. In order for Mexicans to step their game up they need to get better production and need to stop sampeling the "oldies" and try to start their own genre. they need to step it up. Lil Rob has been rapping for ever and he has stepped his game up and is trying to change his music but still sick to the oldies samples that chicano rappers fell they must do. |

| You know what sucks, that reggeton is pretty cool, which is coming from the east cost. There is no way that sampling Banda el Recodo, or rancheras is going to compete with the beats reggeton is using, some pretty good ish. If you are not familiar with this genre you can here it in the song "mi canto" by N.O.R.E which features Nina Sky and some of the bigger reggeton artist. The song is cool but what is actually cooler is that it is getting play on MTV with most of the versus coming in Spanish. Y |
