This is totally understandable, but it will definitely cut down on the number of online readers. Internet users do not like to sign up to have to obtain access to "free" content. The Imperial Valley Press will still get a large number of registered users reading the online edition of the publication, but I can guarantee that a good percentage will be using bogus contact information.
If you're old school Calecia, there was a time when Calecia.com required readers to login to the view the discussions. |

Yeah, but unlike the Imperial Valley Press, the San Diego Union-Tribune and Los Angeles Times tell the whole story when they write an article. |

I have yet to be asked to sign in at the Union-Tribune site. fuck the iv press. |
