This is for all you people you have an opinion and don't have the guts to do anything about it. I was in the committee for the 1994 class reunion committee and I'm proud to say that things came out as expected. Everyone who attended had a blast.
Also, Yes, I know that many of us partied in Mexicali during our High School years because we couldn't do it here in Calexico. I can assure you that if we could party here like we did in Mexico the majority of the people would have stayed here.
Another thing answering your question about why we did the reunion here in Calexico, yes we were concerned about how far you had to drive to get home safe.
Some of us have matured and don't need to go to Mexicali to have a good time and no, it wasn't done in a hotel. For your info. it was done at the elks because it was more convenient to the committee to do it there. After all we were the ones who busted our asses to get things done. We did not graduate from Mexicali High School we graduated from Calexico High School. Our athletes did not bust their ass to represent Mexicali they did it for Calexico. After all what does partying in Mexicali have to do with High School.
Next time you want things done differently I suggest you join the committee and voice your opinion. |

What I don't get is that why come onto this site AFTER the renunion? I never heard any one take suggestion from your precious commitee before things could have happened. Also, if you really wanted input for this thing the internet is a way more convient a location to take suggestions for all those who live further away.
You know what else too, why the fuck to people start talking shit to C.com after shit happens, who gives a fuck, if you ain't a regular poster on here then don't start talking your shit after the fact.

I'm not looking for suggestions. I entered this site because I had something to say to omar barcena regarding his comments. I'm not talking shit after the fact. Things came out great regardless. Why do you even care are you from our class? Also it is to my understanding that anyone can register at Calecia.com and say what ever they want. So I'm so sorry if you don't like it.  |
