I prefer a regular hamburger bun without seeds or maybe even a sourdough. Potato bread is a little to "dense." |

Your brain is dense.
Potato bread has a full flavor that no regular hamburger bun can match. |

How about we add some additional spices to the hamburger patty?
I nominate chiles. Finely diced serrano chiles or one crushed and sprinkled dry chile pequin. |

Not too long ago I went to IHOP for lunch and had their sourdough bacon cheeseburger. It was the best burger I've had in a while. The bread was like a mild sourdough cheesy bread. Deliscious!
I know you don't want to hear more bread suggestions for the Calecia.com burger, but it's really good. Give it a try. |

Sourdough bread is good. Sure beats potato bread. |
