2. Bacon
3. Grilled onions
4. Mustard, ketchup, no mayo
5. Toasted bun with sesame seeds

let's keep it mexican with some sliced jalapeņo peppers in it.
Instead of regular hamburger buns , we'll use a freakin torta bread thinger. |

We'll all know when this burger is ready to be built. |

| I'll order the Calecia.com burger everytime...as long as it doesn't have onions (unless, they're onion rings) in it. |

Another ingredient I've added before when I've ordered a hamburger from a street cart is mushrooms. It's been a while since I've had it this way, but I remember it being real good.
The mention of onion rings have been brought up a few times, so what about some other appetizers like fries, fried zucchinis or even mozzarella sticks? I like eating these as side orders, but haven't added them inbetween the buns, except for the fries.
How about chorizo? Everyone loves chorizo. |

It's awesome when they grill/sautee the mushrooms and the onions together and them plop them on top of the burger. Everything gets caramelized. And mushrooms and beef just go well together.
I personally don't put any of the side dishes inside the burger.
A lot of restaurants are serving burgers now that are a mix of different meats. I guess it's because the meat stays juicier that way. Pork, beef, veal...No reason we can't mix any kind of meat, including chorizo into the patty. Unless you mean chorizo on top of the patty which also sounds yummy.
Oh and avocado. |

1/2 lb meat after cooking. Prepared only with pepper. If burning then place beer on top of flames.
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle.
No mayo. Dressing on the sides upon request (ranch, BBQ, etc)
2 slices of cheese. Place on both sides of the meat.
Big buns. Especially the bottom one.
Nice and simple.
What makes this burger unique from all burgers is upon request the server brings you a complimentary 8-10 oz draft beer. |

Sorry Mr. Norris, but it looks like grilled onions will make the list as one of the Calecia.com Burger's standard ingredients. |
