Going to Vegas tommorow and I was wondering which buffet you guys recommend. I've never eaten at any of the buffet's there, and since I hear everyone that goes has to make a stop at a buffet, or else it's as if you didn't go to Vegas, I decided I want to give them a try, but which one?
Also, which is the best club to go drink at but that doesn't play any hip hop/rap or any of that shit they play on Q96? Wanted to check out Ghost Bar or Voodoo Lounge just to check out the view from up top, but it is pretty expensive to get in and so are the drinks. Any suggestions? |

The Rio has an awesome buffet, you have to stand in line for a long ass time, but it is well worth it.
As far as clubs go good luck on finding one that doesn't play hip hop. I don't know the names but I know where they are located. The Mandaley Bay has a really cool one or the Palms has new one I heard was really nice.
Be sure to check out Crazy Horse. |

The club at the Hard Rock is awesome. Rain at the Palm is great too. If you want great steaks and are in the mood to splurge a little try Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris.
Have fun! |

| The Reserve is one of the best ones I have been to. You don't have to stand in line that long (10 minutes at the most) and they have really good food. They have different stations of foods of different nationalities. I personally recommend the mongolian BBQ. |

To start off I hate buffets. I've had the one at the Trop, MGM Grand, TI, and others and they all suck ass in my book. You should be talking to 'amp' he likes his buffets. There's some other places that are pretty good.
As for clubs, we're should I start. No hip-hop. Why the playa' hating?
Clubs you should hit (depending if your single) are Studio 54 (MGM). It's just huge. I know mof recommended the Hard Rock, but it aint worth it. Both of them are pretty lame. 4 years ago they were money, but not no more. Palms is a must. Hit both the Rain, its huge and they play party music, and if you want a more relax atmosphere, but still cool then hit the Ghost Bar. Most clubs in Vegas play hip-hop, top 20 shit on weekends. The Luxor has salsa shit on tues-thurs, and some on Fridays, but expect a bunch of strippers to show up after hours (after 3 am). But if you want the mother of all after hours club you should hit Drais at the Barbary Coast. Remember to hit this joint after 3 am. They are open till early. For some reason around this time Barbary Coast does not offer there infamous dollar you call its. About 10 months out of the year if you go to any of their bars (not inside drais) you can have almost anything for a buck. From shots, beers, margs, or whatever. Its money. You should try it just in case. Though I had a buddy who went two weeks ago and they didn't have the $1 you call its. I heard the Bellagio has a new non hip-hop club but haven't been. Don't hit Coyote Ugly at New York New York. It blows.
Best sports book has to be TI hands down. They even hook you up with free Red Bull and Grey Goose at will. If your low in cash and still want to gamble hit the Book, look out for Nicole (best server in Vegas), drop some parlays, load up on march madness, and drink Guinness, St.Pauli Girl Dark, Heines, CL's, Grey Goose, Kettel One, any Glen, or whatever makes you drop your life savings on the Clippers.
I could keep going, but this cliff notes version should be enough. If Ame-ricano writes his thing for the Health and Eating, I'll write a detail party scene for Vegas. Of course, I'll have to do some field research to have my facts up to date. |

| Thanks guy for all your suggestions, I had never heard of that place at the Barbary Coast, I always thought that casino was pretty shitty compared to all the new places, I'll go check it out. |

| I'm back from Vegas and I wish I would've gone at another time, it was so freaking packed with spring breakers. I stayed in line for 3 hours to get into the Ghost Bar and I had to leave cause there was at least 1 hour left of line to get in. Plus we heard that it was hard to breathe with so many people in there, some guy was even taken out on a stretcher. I went to eat at the RIO World Carnival Buffett which was ok, there was a lot of variety but the quality wasn't that great. For 20$ I would rather buy some ribs at Outback Steakhouse. |
