I don't think nitro-tech contains creatine, but they make cell-tech which is a high gycemic creatine. Besides, I'm using creatine right now. Creatine is a good thing.

I guess I got my brands mixed up. I thought creatine was banned from MLB. So creatine is a good thing, should I replace my whey protein for a creatine/protein based powder?

I would take creatine seperate from protein. Some believe that the work against one another. Creatine should be taken after your workout. That is when your muscles are absorbing everything it can and creatine needs to be absorbed by your muscles, so what better time. THe best way to take creatine is with a high sugar drink. Sugar is absorbed by your muscles so the creatine will tag along. Good sugar drinks are grape juice, cranberry juice, gatorade, and I've heard some people take it with
kool-aid. I take creatine before and after my workouts. I use it with a carb load drink.

Thanks for all the info, but I have to admit I have not been following it. The thing is I'm at UCSD and go out to eat pratically every day. I don't usually get fast food. Well, depends on what each one considers fast food. I usually get turkey subs on wheat with no mayo and all the veggies. I also love veggie soups. I try to get a two pieces of fruit every day. I avoid sweets, but I must admit they are really tempting. I feel the results of exercising regardless of my diet, but if you guys could give me some options that are propably offered on campus and that I don't have to prepare that would be great Thanks!!

If you live on campus chances are you have small fridge and a microwave. Good stuff to have are packages of instant oats, cans of tuna, fruit, bread, kashi cereal, powered proteins and meal replacements.
I plan to do an article on healthy fast food for Calecia.com so that might come in handy for you.

I started jogging/walking and lifting weights, drinking a protein shake for breakfast, eating chicken breasts and steak almost everyday for lunch, and tuna for dinner everyday and I lost about 7-8 pounds already in the last 2 weeks. Since I'm happy with how I feel, I'm gonna start drinking Creatine (EAS Phosphagen HP) today, but I'm still gonna keep joggin every day. I know jogging and drinking creatine is not good, but I don't want to get too big anyways.

There's nothing wrong with taking creatine and joggin. I would take the creatine after your workout or/and jog. You don't load creatine like it tells you just disregard the loading phase.

And congrats on your gains.
