SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Reuters) - Americans may have noticed that their grocery bills have remained fairly stable, but it may surprise supermarket shoppers to learn that they have retail giant Wal-Mart to thank for keeping a lid on prices.

This is great that a company is able to keep costs at their lowest for the consumers, as long as the suppliers don't make drastic cuts in quality assurance.

If the supplier is put in a strangle hold by Wal-Mart, there will have to be obvious set backs in personnel and/or operations because of their critical dependency with this commercial god.
