If the accusations are true about John Kerry and his infidelity, what is the plan for the Democrats, Greens, Independents and every other party besides the Republicans? If this is true, will this ruin any chances Democratic presidential nominee, John Kerry, had to dethrown the Republican incumbent?

I hate to say this, but I told you all not to be too confident.

Infidelity didn't damage Bill Clinton's popularity one bit. I think that Americans aren't offended, or even surprised, by a politician's infidelity anymore.

Bill Clinton was already in office when the breaking news about Monica Lewinsky was revealed, ironically by Matt Drudge as well. John Kerry is a Democratic presidential nominee and isn't the #1 candidate yet.

I believe that many Democrats and Americans who were planning to vote Democratic might not decide to vote for John Kerry if he is on the ballot this November. I can guarantee you that if the accusations turn out to be true, I will not vote for him.

Can you post a link to the accusations? The only thing I was able to find is about him becoming an anti-war supporter after his tour in Vietnam.

Drudge Report
http://www.drudgereport.com

The Web site might be a little slow, because of all the (media) attention it's receiving.

Mud-slinging is beautiful. If Kerry wins the Democratic primary, and these accusations keep lingering whether true or not, Kerry will have a hard time winning the Bible-belt states like Tennessee.

The thing is that Bush can't really center his campaigns on family values, since he's no picnic either, but infedility can cause Kerry to lose some vital states.

The Gennifer Flowers thing came out when Clinton was a candidate. They had to go on 60 Minutes to talk about it...
I went to school with Kerry's daughter and let's just say he wasn't the nice man to his first wife. I've never particularly liked his politics either. But if any of this is true, it's really fucking sad for the Democrats. god damn it.

John Kerry is denying the accusations of his recent infidelity with an intern that purportedly started in 2001. He told radio talk show host, Don Imus, this morning the following:

"Well, there is nothing to report," Kerry told Imus. "So there is nothing to talk about. I'm not worried about it. No."

And Wesley Clark endorsed Kerry today too.

Last night I was listening to one of those talk shows on the radio, and one of the callers said, "How can we trust Kerry to take care of the country's problems, when he can't even take care of matters in his own home?"

We live in a pretty fucked up society, when people are more willing to vote for someone with a drunk driving record and admitted cocain use, both of which are felonies, than for someone who's had an affair, which is not even considered a crime.

Don't get me wrong. I don't condone adultery, but we just need to think about what is a more serious offense.
