I'am a native in Calexico for over 20 years, and yet i don;t know of a cool solid place where people hangout , i mean there's al;wasy the hambnurger stand on imperial, but that's old school, the calexico 10?, maybe even wal-mart might be the biggst, calexico needs a cool hangout spot or a crusing strip where everyone can go checkout girls and shit. Does anyone know of a cool place to hangout in calexico? It's alwasy mexicali on weekends, i don't blame them for staying in boring calexico but it would be cool if calexico had a blown out family fun center or something cool to hangout when your bored. It also needs a cool bar not like the bars for the young scene, even though Calecia is boring though, we still love it, except for traffic on friday evenings that does suck. What does Calecia need?????????????????????? let me know!!!!!! something cool, any suggestions of something cool to be build here, i say a hooters or a family fuin center or even maybe a dave and busters would hit the spot here to bring all th hot mexicali girls over Laughing

Just for the sake going unanswered allow me to respond. One cool spot I like hanging out at is the sand duns just east of Calexico. It's pretty cool to go there at night with an ice chest of beer and truck.

One place I used to always go to hang out was Denny's.

It's pretty cool late at night. The waiter's don't care how long you're there, and you can literally be there for hours.

As far as there being hot chicks, well, I think it's BYOHC.

I agree, Denny's is kinda cool for a late night hangout spot. What we need is a bar or dance sceen. Yeah we got Mex across the street but the hassle of the traffic isn't worth it, but then i'm a lazy ass.

aside from those already posted, i can't think of anything. a mall should have been built here. maybe applebee's would be good.
