| Well, back to the topic, I finally saw the documentary in its entirety. Pretty good. I did not think it was that disturbing, like many people had told me. It had the usual GG stuff, and I learned certain things I did not know previously, like that Deedee Ramone played with the Murder Junkies for like a day or so. One opinion about the documentary that I have is that it made it seem like the person that put it together was trying to show that GG didn't really deserve much respect, since he actually "failed his mission". GG never tought of himself as a "rockstar" but he died like any other. Anyway, for those of you who have not seen it, I totally recommend it (whether you like his music or not). More than anything, I think it's actually educational and should be required viewing in every high school so those kids finally learn something. |
