that's twice that someone has sued tacobell that i could think of. the other time was a valleyite that sued over the run for the border slogan. turned out that his concept was a board game or something. my old business teacher told us about it. |

| I was in Tijuana a few years ago when I came upon a Taco Bell. The thing was this place was a regular taqueria. It had a big orange sign and even the big old bell and the letters looked the same. At least they didn't have puny dogs running around saying "Yo quiero Taco Bell" (I think we know why). |
