Duct tape and WD-40. Millions of uses combined or on their own. Trust me, keep these two items handy and you'll survive anything you could possibly get yourself into.
Oh, yeah. Shoe-Goo comes in handy as well.
One more thing. Always keep a pack of smokes hidden somewhere in the house.
