There comes a time in someone's life when they find themselves straight outta Locash. You've been starving all morning and it's nearing lunch time when you suddenly realize you only have a few dollars in your wallet/purse.

You have no choice, but to have yourself a meal that you can afford with this tight budget. I understand that in this modern age where currency is transferred via 0s and 1s there is no need to carry paper bills, but remember back to the wildfires of 2003.

Try to come up with meals you can eat and become reasonably full for under $5, which is plenty. Try the same with $4, $3, $2 and even $1, all while being realistic.

McD's

2 Double Cheeseburgers ($1 each)
42 oz soda (89 cents)
Small Fries ($1) or Chicken Burger ($1) or 2 apple pies ($1).

About 4 bones.

There's a guy that comes to our office and sells burritos for $1 each. I usually buy two and then go to the Coke machine outside the office and buy a 20oz soda for another dollar.

I think the best deal has to be Costco's hot dog and a soda deal. Priced at $1.55 (I believe), you get a large hot dog; choice of Hebrew National or Polish sausage; and a refillable 16 oz cup to fill with your choice of available soft drink.

I prefer the Hebrew National hot dog, since they no longer have the sauerkraut dispenser, but revramrod claims you can ask for some at the register. If so, I might go back to ordering the Polish sausage.

Drink variety is reasonable, but with this hot dog and soda combo being under $2, you have no right to complain.

Don't have a Costco membership? You don't really need one. Just walk in with a random family and act as if you're one of them. If you get caught, I don't think they'd make a big deal about it, plus you have Americano there to back up your cred.

If you're willing to fork out an additional 75 cents you can get a full meal at Tortilla Soup. You get a soup, meal of the day (with side of beans), desert and, a drink for $5.75

If anyone needs to sneak into Costco for a quick lunch meet me at the Membership desk and I'll let you in. Anyone at the desk will let you in we dont give shit.

I Salinas the Costco has the food joint outside, so you don't even need membership at all.

Just travel to SD. Plus, according to one caleciano there's a Costco that allegedly serves nachos.

That's about a seven hour drive. Maybe you should stock up with food from the costco here for your trip. Then you can go fuck yourself.
